Cape Clear Bird watching, inspiring the next generation

Sam Bayley is now up and running regularly ringing birds on Cape Clear. On this particular morning he caught and recorded the details for almost 30 birds. Sometimes these three to four hour sessions can record over 60 birds, and on other occasions as few as 4! This time we were lucky to see Stonechats, Willow Warblers, Greenfinches, Robins, Dunnocks, Blackbirds, Wrens, Blackcaps among others, as well as lots of great bird stories too. See here for the latest tweets from the Cape Clear Bird Observatory.
